Besides our catalog, and calling us, you can see us at the MJSA show in New York City usually in March of every year, the JA International Shows in New York City in February and July of every year, the JCK Las Vegas Show in June. The jewelry industry is not as large as you might think, we deal with all of the major manufacturers in the U.S. and abroad, so sourcing what you need is simple as asking.

Unlike other companies, the owners of AJS are both involved in the sales and purchasing of the products we sell. Whether it's a seldom used bur, odd sized buff, unusual shaped crucible, one of a kind pliers, or a casting machine to fit your operation, we are here for you! Our guarantee is one of the best in the industry. We guarantee everything we sell to be free from defects. If you are not completely satisfied with any product, return it in its original packaging, in new condition and we will exchange, replace or issue a credit. We are unable to accept returns on special order items, unless it is not in working condition or damaged. The warranty also does not include incidental and/or consequential items such as delivery costs. All products have full manufacturers warranties. We have a team of trained technicians who also do repair and servicing of all products we sell.

It is our goal to offer you the best, most competitive prices and selection. We have omitted prices from the catalog, however, upon request we will send our current price list. As with every business, our prices change due to exchange rates, customs (see my letter) and other factors we can not control. We deal with hundreds of manufacturers, and they all change their prices at different times of the year.

Ordering is easy at AJS. We do not bombard you with a million questions like other companies. If you need help or have questions, we are there for you. Shipping options are usually UPS, RPS, FedEx, USPS, or Airborne Express. We will always chose the most economical way available and permissable. If the weight is too heavy we will ship by truck freight. In many cases we have obtained in expensive pallet rates to save you shipping costs. If you are located within our metropolitan (New York, New Jersey vicinities) area, we can offer you delivery by AJS truck.

We accept Visa and Master card. Inquire about other charge cards as we are constantly updating. UPS orders can be shipped COD, with an added charge. Open orders are available to established accounts. If needed, please request a credit application. Rating in the JBT, banking and credit references will be necessary.
