    Product Description

    This modern vertical continuous casting machine for precious metal offers excellent
    casting results for almost every productions capacity.
    The CC 400 is designed to be robust and easy to use. The aluminium cast parts are
    water cooled by high grade steel pipes. Therefore, this machines is designed for
    continuous operation.

  • All continuous casting applications in factories, even smaller quantities
  • For all jewellery alloys, even Palladium White Gold
  • Production of semi-finished product likes wire, band and tubes, special profiles
    as well in absolute homogeneously structure .

  • Manual casting mode
  • Low frequency induction heated = excellent mixing of liquid metal
  • Generator 15 kW
  • Crucible’s capacity 265 cm³ = 4 kg AU 18 ct
  • Temperature up to 1200°C by thermocouple Type K (NiCr-Ni) or 1600°C by
    thermocouple type S (PtRh-Pt)
  • 16 Temperature programs
  • Melting under protective gas atmosphere
  • Round die: for wire up to ∅ 20mm; sheet up to 20 x 8 mm; tube up to ∅ 35
    mm
  • Rectangular die: for sheet up to 50 x 8mm, optional 60 x 8 mm
  • Microprocessor controlled drawing unit with reverse function
  • All handling steps pneumatic assisted
  • Digital display indicates full supply (air, gas, water ) and complete status of
    machine at present.
  • Production machine , continuous operation
  • Optional: diffusion bonding (sintering) kit
  • Data printer for process controlling and service
