Product Description

This modern metal casting unit for dental- and jewelry alloys like gold, silver and platinum offers excellent results for the smaller production capacity.

The following functions/components are included:

material can be melted under vacuum or inert gas

automated casting cycles for repeatable results

after casting the flask can be set under over-pressure

new microprocessor controlled induction generator 3.5 kW, (230V, single phase) with strong metal mixing

ceramic crucible for 15 cm³ = 150 grams 18k Au, 110 grams stainless steel 300 grams platinum (liquid, up to the top level of crucible)

ceramic crucible with graphite insert available, recommended for most gold and silver alloys

for flasks up to Ø 80mm h=55 mm (without flange) smaller flasks are used with an adapter

integrated holder for tinted sight glasses for steel- and platinum alloys (sight glasses optional)

option for remote service (parameter setup/diagnostics) via GSM-modem.

Excellent casting results could be achieved
with this easy-to-use casting unit. The normal power supply
and the easy handling of the unit make the casting of small
quantities of metal very time and cost saving.
